Hi guys! Sorry for the delay on our posts but we promise to make more! So now, for our third installment of the fashion inspiration challenge, who'd be better to welcome us back than the diva herself, Rachel Berry!

Rachel Berry is your typical over achiever - she will always be second to no one. With that attitude, she does justice to her preppy/schoolgirl look, creating this image of - what she think is - stern yet fun (but in reality, very dorky).
She loves skirts, plaids, sweaters and knee-high socks.
If you want to go for the more preppy and formal Rachel Berry, then an outfit close to this would be great.
White button down shirt - a staple for Rachel Berry. You can wear a vest or a sweater over this.
As I've said, Rachel loves wearing skirts, but her statement piece would be plaid skirts.
Since I do not have a plaid skirt, I went for this floral patterned skirt and paired it with a plain v-neck top. Better to let the skirt be the stand out so as to avoid major fashion faux-pax like Rachel does often.
I made my outfit more Rachel Berry-esque by folding my knee-high socks and made it as ankle socks. And I wore a flats instead of heels to make it more casual.
White button-down polo shirt - Guess
Blue denim skirt - thrifted
White knee high socks - Forever21
Black oxford heels - thrifted
Beige vneck top - thrifted
Blue foral skirt - The Limited
White knee-high socks (used as ankle socks) - Forever21
Black bow flats - American Eagle
If these outfits isn't Rachel Berry enough for you, remember that she's very quirky in terms of her style. She wears animal print sweaters, and by animal print I mean silhouttes of horses or deers and such. And she loves outerwear. May it be sweaters, vests or sweater vests, more often than not she's sporting them. :)
