Do-It-Yourself: Basic French Tip

Hi guys! This tutorial is for people who love french tip nails but always have trouble doing it themselves. Here is our simple way of achieving beautiful nails without the stress and hassle!

Things you need:

• Nail polish remover
• Cotton pads/balls and cotton swabs
• Nail file
• Any clear nail polish
• Any white nail polish
• Scotch tape

STEP 1:

Remove any dirt / old nail polish.

STEP 2:

Shape your nails. (round, short, long, square)

I keep mine long and round.









STEP 3:

Use scotch tape to create an outline. Less mistakes and less mess!

STEP 4:

Start painting your tips using the white nail polish. Don't be afraid to get some on the tape! Then, wait for it to dry.

STEP 5:

Once it dries, gently pull the tape off. Make sure it's dry though, so as to prevent it from ruining the polish.

STEP 6:

Clean the imperfections! We prefer a bit of nail polish remover on a cotton swab.

STEP 7:

Finish it off by applying a top coat. I put on two layers.

AND WE'RE DONE! TA-DAH!
